By enrolling in the program, you expressly agree to the following terms and conditions:
Refunds are strictly conditional and will only be granted if ALL of the following criteria are met, and you have not recouped your initial investment within 90 days of the date of payment, upon submission of verifiable documentation of your efforts:
Attendance and Implementation: You must have attended all weekly coaching calls, as evidenced by verifiable proof such as action logs or screenshots that clearly display the date and confirmation of your presence on the Zoom call.
Course Completion and Application: You must have viewed and completed all course content and applied the instructions therein, supported by demonstrable evidence such as screenshots, videos, or activity logs.
1-on-1 Coaching Call: You must have attended your 1-on-1 coaching session and implemented the feedback provided during that call.
Account Review: You must have received an account review and implemented the feedback from that review, with proof of said implementation.
Content Posting: You must have posted an average of two (2) original videos per day for a period of 90 days (for a total of 180 videos), as evidenced by platform activity logs showing consistent, compliant activity with no TikTok community guideline violations
Product Usage: You must have used the winning products provided in the weekly database, with supporting evidence of their usage.
Algorithm Quiz: You must have utilized the Winning Products Algorithm Quiz and followed the recommendations given.
Notice of Lack of Results: You must have notified either Matt or Luke at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the 90-day period, detailing your efforts with all verifiable proof provided, and informing them that you are not achieving the desired results.
Confirmation of Access: You must have responded to the welcome message confirming your name, email address, and acknowledgement that you received access to the product.
Proof Submission: You are required to submit verifiable proof, including but not limited to screenshots, platform activity logs, and video records, as specified by the program. All such documentation must be submitted via direct message to Luke Shirley and Matthew Moore by no later than the 80th day of your participation. Failure to submit this proof within the prescribed timeframe will result in ineligibility for a refund.
You are NOT eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
If you post content that is deemed ‘low-quality’ or ‘unoriginal’ as defined by TikTok's terms of service, including but not limited to product listing screenshots, static images, or repurposed content from other creators.
If you fail to post a single video within the first seven (7) days of joining the program.If you fail to message Matthew Moore or Luke Shirley at any point prior to the last 30 days of your participation, indicating that you require additional support.
If you actively disregard or refuse to follow the guidance, advice, or coaching provided by our team.
Refunds will NOT be issued due to failure to implement the program’s teachings, lack of results stemming from incomplete participation, personal issues, or any of the following reasons: ‘changing your mind,’ ‘lack of time,’ or ‘uncertainty about the program.’ If you experience personal or family issues that prevent you from completing the course, this does not constitute a failure of service on our part and does not entitle you to a refund.
Upon purchase, you receive irrevocable access to all digital course materials, resources, coaching calls, 1-on-1 support, and other services offered. As these are fully digital products and services, they are non-returnable after purchase.
Refund Request Process:
To submit a refund request, you must contact both Luke Shirley and Matthew Moore via direct message no later than 10 days prior to the 90th day
after the date of payment. Your refund request must include ALL required proof as outlined in this policy. Allow up to 10 business days for our team to review and process your request. Failure to provide all required documentation instantly voids your eligibility for a refund. In such cases, you will retain lifetime access to the product.
Disputes:
By purchasing this program, you expressly waive your right to initiate any chargebacks, disputes, or reversals through your financial institution. Any and all concerns must be resolved through our internal support team, in accordance with this refund policy. If you have any disputes regarding the product, you are required to first engage with our customer support team for resolution.
