Klippa.io Refund Policy

Refund Policy

By enrolling in Klippa.io, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding refunds, access, and dispute resolution.

1. Waiver of Statutory Rights

By purchasing this digital product, you acknowledge and agree that access is granted immediately upon payment. As a result, you waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered within the first 7 days from the date of purchase. During this period, you may evaluate the product and determine whether it meets your needs.

However, refunds will only be granted in cases of extreme extenuating circumstances that make it impossible for you to use the product as intended. All refund requests must be supported with valid evidence and are subject to approval at our discretion.

You are not eligible for a refund under any of the following conditions:

“I don’t like the images”

“I’ve found another tool”

“It’s not for me”

“I changed my mind”

"I don't like the Ai"

Or any other reasons that can be deemed 'personal preference'

You have used more than 3 credits in your account (regardless of time of use)

You submit your refund request more than 7 days after purchase

You post content that violates TikTok’s terms of service, including but not limited to:

Unoriginal, static, or low-quality media

Repurposed content from other creators

You refuse to follow the guidance or support provided by our team

You experience personal or family issues that prevent you from using the software (this does not constitute a failure of service)

Once your account has accessed the software, course materials, or support services, those materials become non-returnable and non-transferable.

3. Refund Request Procedure

All refund requests must be submitted by email to support@klippa.io within 7 days of the purchase date. Requests received outside this window will not be reviewed.

Each request must include:

Your account email

The reason for your request

Any relevant documentation or supporting evidence

Please allow up to 10 business days for our team to review and respond to your request. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

By purchasing this product, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks, disputes, or reversals through your bank or payment provider. Any issues must be handled through our internal support process and according to the terms laid out in this policy.

If you bypass this policy and initiate a chargeback without contacting our team, your account may be terminated and future access to Klippa.io will be permanently revoked.
