You are NOT eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
If you post content that is deemed ‘low-quality’ or ‘unoriginal’ as defined by TikTok's terms of service, including but not limited to product listing screenshots, static images, or repurposed content from other creators.
If you actively disregard or refuse to follow the guidance, advice, or coaching provided by our customer support team.
Refunds will NOT be issuedIf you experience personal or family issues that prevent you from 'using' the software, this does not constitute a failure of service on our part and does not entitle you to a refund.
